Frida Bäcke är en av Sveriges bästa konditorer och hon har tre gånger fått utmärkelsen Konditorernas konditor. Innan hon öppnade det egna konditoriet Socker Sucker arbetade hon på flera svenska toppkrogar med stjärnor i Guide Michelin. Hon var under flera år medlem av Svenska Kocklandslaget och tog där både VM-guld och -silver.
Bedros Kabranian är utsedd till en av Sveriges bästa bagare, dessutom mycket etablerad världen över där han håller eftertraktade kurser. Han har tävlat med svenska bagarlandslaget, vunnit nordiska mästerskapen i bakning flera gånger och varit gästdomare i tv-programmet Top Chef Mellanöstern.
